Yes — 100%. Once the project is paid in full, all code, designs, and assets are yours. We do not retain any ownership or licensing rights over the work we deliver to you.

Yes, we're happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before discussing your project details. Protecting your ideas and business information is something we take seriously.

Yes. We can audit, inherit, and continue work on existing projects. We'll always do a thorough code review first so we can give you an honest assessment of the current state and what the path forward looks like.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

Projects are priced based on scope, complexity, and timeline. After our discovery call, we provide a fixed-price proposal so there are no surprises. Consulting is available at hourly or monthly retainer rates.

Our minimum engagement is $500. This covers small, clearly defined scopes — a landing page, a simple script, or a short consulting session. Most projects fall between $500 and $10,000.

For project work, we typically require 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. For larger or long-term projects, we can structure milestone-based payments. Consulting sessions are billed in advance.

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards via Stripe, and other digital payment methods. All invoices are issued in USD.

SUPPORT & AFTER DELIVERY

Yes. All projects include a post-launch support window (duration depends on the package). During this time, we fix any bugs and help with minor adjustments. For ongoing support, we offer retainer packages.

Absolutely. We offer monthly maintenance and support retainers that include software updates, security patches, performance monitoring, and feature additions. This is ideal for businesses that want a reliable long-term tech partner.

Post-launch changes outside the original scope are billed hourly or as a new mini-project. We're flexible and will always give you a clear estimate before doing any additional work.
